For those whose cable TV connections have been, are, or will still be disrupted by Typhoon Ruby, here are the helplines for SKY Cable ...

Press Release:

TO ALL OUR VALUED SUBSCRIBERS:

SKY wishes to inform you that Typhoon Hagupit (locally named Ruby) is expected to cause rains and winds ranging from moderate to intense once it makes landfall within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.   As a result, subscribers within high-alert level areas might experience an indefinite period of service interruption.   As much as we want to provide our subscribers with immediate customer service and technical solutions to quickly restore high-quality cable TV broadcast and broadband services, the severe weather conditions during the super typhoon’s transit over the Philippines will gravely hamper SKY’s ability to immediately respond

As of this time, the following are the high-alert level areas based on PAGASA’s current data: Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Aklan, Albay, Antique, Biliran, Bohol, Bukidnon,  Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Camiguin, Capiz, Catanduanes, Cebu,  Compostela Valley, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Dinagat Islands,  Eastern Samar, Guimaras, Iloilo, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Leyte, Marinduque, Masbate, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Northern Samar, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Mindoro,  Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Quezon, Romblon, Samar, Siquijor, Sorsogon,  Southern Leyte, Surigao del Norte,  Surigao del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur.
