Time to Get Creative with Jollitown Art Fun!

The Blow Pen Stencil Set is just as fun, and it allows children to make more artworks in cool designs. Just flip the pen in the blower, lay the stencils flat on the paper then blow the pen at the stencils to create dazzling patterns.
