Chicken and Assorted Mushrooms Pasta

In a pan, sauté  ¼ cup thinly sliced onions, and chopped ¼ cup button and ¼ cup straw mushrooms in 1 tbsp. oil. Add ¼ cup tomato paste, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and ¼ cup unsalted butter or magarine. Cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in 2 cups of cooked EL REAL Curly Macaroni and mix.  Transfer to a plate and top with 5 pieces fried and sliced chicken nuggets. Serve.

Sunrise Pasta

Sauté ½ cup minced onions, 2 tablespoons minced garlic and ¼ cup cooked and flaked tinapa in 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add ½ cup all-purpose cream and simmer for a minute, then season with salt and pepper. Toss in 3 cups cooked EL REAL FLAT Spaghetti and mix. Take the pan off the flame and add 2 pieces beaten eggs. Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped tomatoes and chopped spring onions. Serve.
