Triple Fret at Trattoria Poggio Antico on April 26

Triple Fret, the only all-female guitar trio of its kind in the Philippines, will have a mini gig on April 26, 7 PM at Trattoria Poggio Antico in Bonifacio Global City.  There is no cover charge. 

Triple Fret is an all-women classical-contemporary guitar trio that has captivated the hearts of music lovers all over the Philippines with their refreshing brand of music, performance, and love for the classical guitar. Its members, namely Marga Abejo, Jenny de Vera, and Iqui Vinculado, received formal training from premiere music schools of the country, University of the Philippines College of Music and the University Of Santo Tomas Conservatory Of Music


Their group has been sharing music in various prestigious gatherings such as the 3rd International Guitar Festival and the Philippine Pasinaya Festival both held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the 1st Philippine International Jazz and Blues Festival and the 2013 Fete de la Musique Manila. The trio will also be playing in the Berta Rojas concert in Manila, along with the country’s most internationally awarded Classical guitarist, Ramoncito Carpio.

The Berta Rojas Concert, the classical guitar event of the year, is co-presented by iPav and BPI Cards in cooperation with the Arts Council of Cebu Foundation, Inc. BPI Express credit and prepaid cardholders are entitled to a 15% discount from TicketWorld outlets.

This event is organized by Independent Philippine Art Ventures, Inc. (iPav), a multi-media arts company that focuses on promoting Filipino Classical Musicians, to advertise the Berta Rojas Concert in Manila and in Cebu on May 15 and 17, respectively.
