Making Bread

I saw the spine of this book on a shelf at a second hand bookstore. I thought it was about cooking and, being hungry at the time, took it down to see if the recipes are easy to do.

Imagine my surprise when the book turned out to be about coming up with a different kind of "dough". I became intrigued enough to buy it.

I searched for it in Amazon (click link on the title if interested) and was glad to see favorable reviews. I hope I'll have time to read it soon.
